  • Tim French

    Chief Operating Officer

    Tim French is the Chief Operating Officer of Prolamina since January 2011. Mr. French has spent the majority of his career as Chief Operating Officer in the packaging industry. Mr. French is an experienced leader and very knowledgeable in the film industry

  • Sachin Desai

    Vice President & Corporate Controller

    Sachin Desai leads the Company's accounting and information technology teams. Sachin was formerly head of finance for several multi-national divisions of manufacturing corporations.

  • David Hopkins

    Vice President, Sales

    David started his career in the packaging industry selling light weight packaging papers. He went on to the sales of extrusion coated and laminated products and progressed to Market Manager and now Vice President of Sales. He is well versed in the development, sales and support of multi-layer custom designed products.

  • William Leavy

    Vice President, Sales

    William began his career as an extruder operator, then transitioned to become a highly successful sales representative in Westfield. William later became a Market Manager and is now a Vice President, Sales. William has a long history of experience in roll fed flexible packaging.

  • Matt Conlin

    Vice President, Sales

    Matt brings 25 years of experience in the food manufacturing and packaging industries. Matt has extensive experience in the development and marketing of pre made pouches in North and South America and leads our efforts in pouches and multi-layer film laminations in the food markets we serve.

    Vice President for Business Development

    Jon N. Solberg leads Prolamina's initiative in the cheese and meat packaging markets. Mr. Solberg has extensive sales and supply chain experience in the packaging industry.

  • Chad Perre

    Vice President of Product Development

    Chad Perre leads the company’s Product Development activities with a focus on innovation and technical support activities. He is a current holder of multiple patents in the packaging markets.

  • Scott J. Fleming

    Vice President of Operations

    Scott J. Fleming leads Prolamina’s operations team in Neenah, Wisconsin. Mr. Fleming is a professional engineer and certified six sigma professional.

  • John Janardhanan

    Vice President, Operations

    John Janardhanan leads Prolamina’s operations in Westfield, Massachusetts. Mr. Janardhanan has extensive experience in paper, foil, and plastic manufacturing in the packaging industry.

  • Dr. Hesam Tabatabaei

    Director of R&D

    Dr. Hesam Tabatabaei leads R&D efforts for the Company. Dr. Tabatabaei was formerly a chemical engineering postdoctoral fellow at the University of Montreal Polytechnique's department of chemical engineering and worked with the Industrial Material Institute of the Canadian National Research Council.
